When life becomes too much, it is often not one problem. It is several pressure points burning together. Life's Fire Triangle helps you name those elements, see which fires are active, and choose one element to reduce, contain or seek help with.

Rate each triangle by intensity. Focus on what needs attention first, not everything at once.

Remove one element

A fire cannot sustain itself without all three elements. Reducing one changes everything.

Work pressure, money stress, and relationship strain — each one alone is manageable. Together, they create a fire. Reduce the money pressure by contacting a financial counsellor, and the other two become less overwhelming.
